Who i am…
Hi, My name is Hozumi Kessler.
My work in the fitness industry evolved over the years from a group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, bodyworker and to Quantum Health Coach. Combining the work I did in corporate education and training, I bring a unique set of deep skills to provide effective solutions to my clients who are struggling with long standing pains and emotional and stress challenges.
What I do…
My typical clients include those who are suffering from:

- Chronic stress, anxiety, trauma
- Poor sense of balance, trouble walking
I see more people are interested in taking more ownership in their own health and well-being. For these types of clients, we work together to work on:
- Improving breathing mechanics, stamina
- Improving Heart Rate Variability using HeartMath and/or other digital biofeedback/meditation tool
- Customizing nutrition habit to optimize energy management – Sharpening the habit change skills

For those struggling with pain and balance issues, I offer a unique and a whole-body approach to provide lasting relief using methods backed by neuroscience. I coach and train brain-based movement to create fluid motions of entire systems of the body. ABM is taught in two complementary formats:
